The Believers Born of God
The Bible also reveals that when we repent and believe in the Lord Jesus, we are born of God. To be produced of God is one thing; to be born of God is another thing.
Take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among whom the Holy Spirit has placed you as overseers to shepherd the church of God, which He obtained through His own blood. (Acts 20:28)
The Church Purchased With God's Own Blood
Can God have blood? God is God; He is not a man or a creature. How, then, can God, the Creator, have blood?
For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord is Lord of all and rich to all who call upon Him. (Romans 10:12)
Calling on the Name of the Lord
[The Lord] is rich not only in initial salvation—He is rich in all divine and spiritual things. If we would participate in the Lord's riches, we need to call on Him.
